Logistics delivery

1. Delivery can be carried out worldwide, we will send according to the delivery option you choose. Please check our delivery options for further information. 

2. Gentle reminder: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders to a single address can be delivered in one or more purchases, and you will only be charged a "one time" shipping fee.

3. If you specify multiple shipping addresses when placing an order, each destination address will be charged separately.

Confirm and accept your order

1. A notification e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of purchase together with an order number.

2. If we are unable to confirm the fulfillment of your order in accordance with this, an e-mail will be sent to inform you.

and enter your order number.

Payment rules

1. Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Linepay.

2. When the order is shipped, the payment will be deducted from your account and settled. Please confirm that the credit card used is yours. All cardholders must be verified and authorized by the card issuer.

3. If the cardholder refuses to pay or authorize Mervet Co., Ltd. for any reason, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery.

4. To retain the legal ownership of all goods until payment has been completed & received. If payment has been refunded, the legal ownership of the goods should be returned back to us immediately.

Invoice related

1. The shop will issue an "electronic invoice" to your email 7 days after receiving the goods (excluding holidays).

2. If there are special conditions, you need to open a "paper invoice", please leave a message notice on the order , another 5% tax.
